Returns & RMA
At SwitchICT, we strive to provide the best products and service to all our customers. If something is not to your expectations, we are happy to help you return a product or register an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Below you will find all the information about our return process.
Return Policy
To be able to return a product, the following conditions apply:
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Returns must be registered within 14 days of receipt.
- The product must not show any signs of use or damage (if it is not a defective product).
- Always include a copy of the invoice and a clear description of the problem or reason for return.
How do you register a return?
- To register via our RMA form:
Fill out our online RMA form below to register your return. Make sure you have the invoice number and a clear description of the problem at hand. - Wait for confirmation:
After completing the form, you will receive a confirmation from us with a unique RMA number and further instructions on how to ship the product. - Send:
Pack the product carefully and send it to the address provided. Clearly state the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Treatment time
Upon receipt of your return, we aim to process your request within 5-7 working days. In the case of warranty claims, the product will be repaired, replaced, or you will receive a voucher or refund.
