Our grading system gives you a clear view of what to expect for each product status,
covering condition, accessories and warranty.
Simple, Clear, Reliable
From brand new devices to refurbished B grade products, knowing the difference helps you choose the right fit for
your business. Each grade defines the cosmetic condition, included accessories, and warranty coverage.
New
Brand new, never-used devices in perfect condition, ready to deliver the full first-use experience.
N1 New – Sealed
Brand new, sealed in original retail packaging. Includes all original accessories and full manufacturer's warranty.
N2 New – Open Box
Brand new, packaging may have been opened or damaged. Includes essential accessories such as cables, adapters or batteries and full manufacturer's warranty.
N3 New – OEM
Brand new, packaging sealed by the manufacturer rather than the retailer. Includes full manufacturer's warranty but no accessories.
Remanufactured
Devices restored to like-new condition through professional factory refurbishment, including cleaning, functional testing and replacement of parts where needed.
W1 Remanufactured – Like New
Factory remanufactured to like-new condition. Comes in a manufacturer's sealed box, with no signs of use and all original accessories included. Includes full manufacturer's warranty.
W2 Remanufactured – Minimal Use
Factory remanufactured to like-new condition. Comes in a manufacturer's sealed box, with no signs of use and all original accessories included. Includes full manufacturer's warranty.
Demo
Ex-display or demonstration units used at trade shows, events or in-store, carefully functionally tested, cleaned and prepared for reliable performance.
D1 Demo – Excellent
Comes in a manufacturer's sealed box with essential accessories included. May have minimal signs of use. Includes one-year pickup and return warranty.
D2 Demo – Good
Comes in a retail opened box (brown box) with essential accessories included. May have normal signs of use. Includes one-year pickup and return warranty.
Refurbished
Previously owned devices that have been functionally tested, repaired and restored, available in different quality levels to match your budget and needs.
AS Approved Selection – A+ Grade
Top quality refurbished products. In very good condition with minimal signs of use. Comes with essential accessories and one-year pickup and return warranty.
R4 A Grade
Good condition with normal signs of use. Comes in a brown box with essential accessories and one-year pickup and return warranty.
G5 B Grade
Fair condition with heavy signs of use. Comes in a brown box or bulk packed. No accessories included. Includes one-month carry-in warranty.
